1) When will I receive my
order? Orders are processed immediately
after payment has been received. If you don't receive your
order in 3 weeks please call me at 419-869-7385
or
email me.
2) What if I don't want to
use a credit card to place my order? You may
pay using a money order or cashier check by selecting 'Pay By
Mail' in the shopping cart. Please mail a copy
of your order and your payment to:

3) How do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Shipping
is $6.90 for one book/CD and $2.15 for each
additional book/CD when shipped to the SAME
address. Full shipping rates apply if mailed to
different addresses. Books/CDs are completed within 48
hours of your order and take approximately 2-4
days for shipping. Note: Large bulk orders may
take additional time. We will contact you
immediately if there will be more time needed to
complete your order. If you need specific
shipping please email me.
4) What payment methods do
you accept? Payment methods accepted include Money
Orders, Cashier's Check, and PayPal. (You do not have to be a
registered member to pay with paypal. All credit
cards are accepted through Paypal including Visa
and MasterCard). Payments are
accepted thru our secure shopping cart.
5) What if there is a
mistake in my book/CD made by Pook 'n' Boo Books
and Music?
Orders are thoroughly checked for accuracy,
though mistakes can occasionally occur. If the
clerical error is caused by Pook 'n' Boo Books,
please contact me within 10 days after receipt
and I will verify the mistake and immediately
send a new corrected book/CD to you.
6) What if there is
mistake in my book/CD made by me (the purchaser)?
Please verify all the information you are
submitting to make sure it reads exactly as you
want it to be printed. If an error on your part
is overlooked I will make another book/CD for 25%
off the original purchase price, with the same
information as before except correcting the
error. Customer will be responsible to pay for
the new books/CDs shipping cost.
7) Do you ship
internationally? No - only within the United
States.
